Submitting a service request through the Site does not create a binding contract. Final services, pricing and terms are confirmed after inspection and communication with our staff.

- Appointments are subject to availability.
- We may request a deposit for booking.
- Payment is due according to the invoice provided by our staff.
- Accepted payment methods are communicated before service.
4. No warranty
All content on the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Warranties on parts and labor for repairs are described on your invoice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top-Car Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of revenue or data, or any claim arising from your use of the Site.
